We designed and implemented an on-site Cultivation Data Analytics platform coupled with compliance efforts implementation.
The project was cost-effective, scalable and shared across the teams. The goal of CM was to provide our client with a vehicle for analytical and transactional reporting that met their operational and statistical information requirements and goals.

- Greenhouse inventory analytics – Developed Inventory dashboards/scorecards as it relates to plants and finished products.
- Spend Optimization – improved visibility into Cost of Goods Sold and assisted in optimizing best solutions.
